Role Description

Our Client is seeking a hands-on, highly creative Remote Brand & Creative Marketing Manager to unify brand presentation across all channels. Reporting to executive leadership (working directly alongside the CEO), this professional will take full ownership of copy, visual presentation, and conversion design—personally writing email campaigns in Klaviyo, redesigning Amazon A+ Content and Brand Stores, conceptualizing Meta/Amazon ad hooks, and writing brand messaging guidelines. This execution-focused role requires an individual who builds their own assets and rigorously tracks performance results (open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics).

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Identity & Messaging Architecture:
  • Establishes and enforces cohesive brand voice, visual standards, and messaging guidelines across packaging, Amazon storefronts, websites, email campaigns, and paid social ads.
  • Sharpens core product claims, value propositions, and storytelling frameworks to translate product benefits into sales volume.
  • Leads the application of the current brand refresh and packaging redesign across all digital marketing touchpoints.
• Email Marketing & Amazon Storefront Optimization:
  • Writes, builds, schedules, and optimizes email marketing campaigns and automated lifecycle flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back) inside Klaviyo.
  • Redesigns the Amazon Brand Store and Amazon A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content), and writes high-converting listing titles, bullet points, and product descriptions.
  • Collaborates with the external Amazon agency (who handles PPC media buys) to ensure visual and copy alignment across paid and organic listing assets.
• Ad Creative, Social Concepts & Influencer Strategy:
  • Conceptualizes direct-response ad angles, visual hooks, copy variations, and promotional offers for Meta and Amazon advertising campaigns.
  • Provides the social media team with structured creative themes, content direction, and editorial oversight to maintain on-brand engagement.
  • Identifies, vets, and manages influencer/creator partnerships, defining creative deliverables and evaluating conversion impact post-campaign.
  • Tracks performance metrics across emails, Amazon listing conversion rates, and ad creative to iterate continuously on top-performing assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in brand, creative, or content marketing, ideally for a food, beverage, CPG, or consumer product brand.
• Proven track record of personally writing copy, designing layouts, building emails, and authoring listing copy (applications require a portfolio with verified performance metrics).
• Hands-on experience writing and setting up email marketing campaigns and automated flows within Klaviyo.
• Demonstrated experience writing conversion copy for Amazon Seller Central listings and designing Amazon Brand Stores / A+ Content.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce performance metrics (email open/click rates, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS) with a habit of analyzing creative performance.
• Ability to create clean visual mockups and layout assets utilizing Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or comparable software.
• Native-level written and spoken English skills to author persuasive, natural marketing copy and collaborate directly with US leadership.
• Full availability for a full-time schedule aligned with standard US business hours (Monday – Friday).
• High-performance computer setup, HD webcam, headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection in a quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), with interest in expanding into paid social media buying.
• Experience with Amazon PPC management, Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, or Instacart Ads / retail media platforms.
• Working knowledge of Google SEO, Google Ads, or Shopify store customization.
• Background in health, wellness, functional food, or better-for-you CPG brands.
