Role Description
We are looking for an experienced, autonomous Marketing & Growth Lead who can build, execute and continuously improve a measurable marketing engine.

Your primary focus will be growing the company's property management business, including attracting and converting property owners across different customer segments.

You will also support marketing initiatives across the group's other businesses as priorities evolve.

You will own the journey from audience research and positioning through to lead generation, nurturing, appointments and conversion.

Work closely with the Australian team to turn marketing activity into measurable commercial outcomes.

AI will be used extensively from the outset to improve research, content, productivity and experimentation.

Once the core marketing function is performing consistently, you will progressively contribute to broader AI and business automation initiatives.
Qualifications

Proven experience in senior, growth, or performance marketing, with measurable commercial results.

Strong full-funnel marketing expertise, including lead generation, nurturing, conversion, CRM and customer journeys.

Excellent English communication and copywriting skills, with strong brand and messaging judgement.

Ability to independently develop, execute and optimise marketing strategies based on data and business objectives.

Hands-on experience across content, social media, paid advertising, SEO, email/database marketing and websites.
-
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, campaign tracking and performance reporting.
-
Practical experience using AI tools to improve research, content, productivity and marketing execution.
-
Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to manage priorities without micromanagement.

Strong ownership, accountability, problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and propose solutions.
Requirements

Develop a deep understanding of target markets, customer motivations, pain points, objections, competitors and commercial objectives.

Develop positioning, messaging, offers and marketing strategies that clearly communicate the business's value proposition.

Translate business objectives into practical marketing plans, priorities and measurable targets.
-
Build and optimize end-to-end customer journeys from audience targeting and lead magnets through to enquiry, nurture, appointment and sales handover.
-
Develop distinct acquisition journeys for different property-owner segments, including rooming/multi-occupancy owners and traditional residential landlords.
-
Create and optimize landing pages, lead capture mechanisms, email/SMS nurture and CRM workflows.
-
Support sales conversion through proposals, presentations, case studies and other marketing collateral.
-
Own the content calendar, copywriting, creative production and social media activity.
-
Manage website content, SEO/GEO, paid campaigns, database marketing and referral campaigns.
-
Work with the Australian team to capture authentic content, customer stories, case studies and supporting evidence.
-
Maintain consistent brand positioning, tone and messaging across channels.
-
Maintain accurate CRM data, campaign tracking, reporting and performance dashboards.
-
Monitor lead quality, appointments, conversion rates, acquisition costs and other key commercial metrics.
-
Continuously test and optimise audiences, messaging, creative, offers and conversion points.
-
Identify weaknesses in the funnel and implement improvements based on data and commercial outcomes.
-
Use AI tools from the outset to improve research, content quality, productivity, analysis and marketing experimentation.

Progressively identify and implement broader AI and automation opportunities once core marketing performance is established.

Build, test and maintain reliable marketing and automation workflows.
-
Document campaigns, systems and processes through clear workflows and SOPs to ensure continuity and scalability.

Take ownership of marketing objectives from planning through execution, measurement and improvement.
-
Work closely with the Australian team and contribute ideas that support broader business growth.
-
Independently prioritise work, solve problems and follow through without micromanagement.

Raise issues early, challenge constructively and propose practical solutions.

Initially focus on the property management business, then extend proven marketing practices across other businesses as priorities evolve.

Compensation range: $2,000 AUD - $3,000 AUD / Monthly

Flexibility in managing your time while aligning with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
Work Arrangement & Expectations

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
