Role Description
We are looking for a Regional Head to drive business strategy, sales, and operational excellence in a high-growth environment. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a strong background in e-commerce, FMCG, or the health & wellness industry who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where everyone takes 100% accountability.

Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a regional business strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics to inform decision-making.
- Set and achieve revenue, profitability, and market penetration targets.

Sales & Marketing Leadership
- Oversee regional sales operations to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement localized marketing strategies.
- Strengthen brand positioning and market presence in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Monitor sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention metrics.
- Expertise in media buying and performance marketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Operational Excellence
- Ensure seamless business operations, optimizing logistics, supply chain, and customer service.
- Manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance for the region.
- Implement process improvements for increased efficiency and scalability.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, distributors, and customers.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and strategic partnerships to expand market reach.

Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure regional operations comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard business interests.
- Uphold high ethical standards in all business operations and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of leadership experience, preferably in health & wellness, e-commerce, FMCG, or a related industry.
- A deep understanding and experience with performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record in business development and sales growth.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget and P&L management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Expertise in media buying and performance marketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
