Role Description
We’re looking for a Client Project Coordinator to support our senior project managers with daily tasks and manage smaller client accounts. If you’re someone who’s eager to learn, loves staying organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on board. This role will give you the chance to work closely with clients and help manage key aspects of their projects.
- Manage tasks in our Asana system, including inputting audit and quarterly plan tasks
- Clean up outdated or incomplete projects in Asana
- Assist with client meeting preparations
- Communicate with and manage smaller client accounts
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in project coordination or project management roles
- Previous experience in an agency or marketing environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with task management on Asana
- Quick learner, eager to be coached
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks each day without feeling overwhelmed
- Brownie points for strong communication skills (both oral and written), especially for task management
- Experience with email marketing and social media
Benefits
- Salary: $1800 - $2000 per month*
- Full-time role, fully remote
- Paid time off and all US holidays off
- Half-day Fridays (work until 1 pm CST)
