Role Description
The Engagement Specialist will support the Marketing & Engagement teams by managing and optimizing operational processes driving member engagement and experience.
- Fulfill, track, and manage member incentives (e.g., gift card rewards).
- Manage relationships, inventory, and processes with our print and fulfillment vendor for promotional materials.
- Manage relationships with most Engagement vendors. Maintain and organize receipts and invoices, ensuring accurate tracking and processing.
- Manage monthly processes to support direct mail efforts for key clients.
- Support successful onboarding of new clients by ensuring accurate setup within our engagement tools.
- Gather and curate information for new providers to enable targeted engagement campaigns.
- Support client-specific engagement efforts as needed and agreed-upon with Growth and Client Success teams.
- Create ad hoc digital engagement campaigns using pre-selected communication templates and supporting materials as needed.
- Execute and manage ongoing and ad-hoc projects to deliver results and optimize operations.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, engagement coordination, or a related role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working with vendors, tracking invoices, and managing fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- A data-driven mindset with an ability to track performance and optimize processes.
