Role Description

We're looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help grow the online presence of Kaluz Restaurants and Max's Grille.

Our goal is simple: Get more people talking about our restaurants, discovering our brands, and walking through our doors.

What You'll Do:

• Grow Our Social Media Presence: Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with a focus on increasing reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
• Create Content That Stands Out: Develop engaging Reels, Stories, videos, graphics, and posts that showcase our food, atmosphere, events, and guest experiences.
• Drive Restaurant Traffic: Develop social media campaigns and promotions designed to attract new guests and encourage repeat visits.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Identify trending audio, content formats, and creative opportunities to keep our restaurant brands relevant and visible.
• Build Brand Awareness: Explore influencer collaborations, local partnerships, and community engagement opportunities.
• Manage Content Calendars: Plan and schedule consistent, high-quality content across both restaurant brands.
• Coordinate With Restaurant Teams: Work with designated on-site content creators to obtain fresh photos and videos.
• Engage With Our Audience: Respond to comments, messages, and guest interactions while building an active online community.
• Track What Works: Monitor reach, engagement, audience growth, and campaign results, adjusting strategies to improve performance.
• Support Marketing Campaigns: Promote special events, seasonal offerings, live music, holidays, and other restaurant experiences.

Qualifications

• You think about who we're trying to reach, why they would want to visit, and what content will motivate them to choose our restaurants.
• You're constantly bringing fresh ideas, researching trends, testing new approaches, and finding creative ways to put our brands in front of more people.

Requirements

• Occasional travel to restaurant locations and marketing events may be required.
