[Hiring] Marketing Coordinator @Dayforce

Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator supports the APJ Marketing team with the coordination, data, reporting, and day-to-day operations that keep marketing programs running effectively across the region.

• Work closely with Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate campaigns, events, and projects.
• Maintain accurate account and audience information.
• Track marketing activity and support campaign and event follow-up.
• Support reporting and analysis across email, digital, social, events, and webinars.
• Identify performance trends and key insights.

This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive marketer who enjoys keeping things moving, working with data and systems, and supporting multiple priorities at once. You'll gain hands-on experience across B2B marketing, campaign execution, digital marketing, analytics, and project coordination while working as part of a collaborative regional marketing team.

Location: Work is what you do, not where you go. For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in a marketing coordination, campaign support, or project coordination.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across regional and global teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
• Interest in marketing analytics and campaign reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns.
• Experience using project management or workflow management platforms.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (or similar).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot is advantageous but not required.
