Role Description
This Marketing & Business Development Apprentice role is designed for someone eager to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities in marketing, business development, and AI-driven automation. No prior experience is required, just a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to experiment, research, and problem-solve.
- Researching and implementing AI tools to automate processes.
- Responding to inbound emails and engaging with clients.
- Supporting business development initiatives such as outreach and partnerships.
- Assisting with marketing and promotions (ideas, content creation, and execution).
- Setting up systems and workflows to improve efficiency.
- After six months, the role will evolve based on the candidate's strengths and company needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and implement AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Handle email communication and client interactions professionally.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, content, and promotional initiatives.
- Support business development through outreach and follow-ups.
- Identify and test automation strategies for repetitive tasks.
- Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the company's operations.
Qualifications
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Highly coachable with a hunger to learn and grow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality.
- Comfortable with research, experimentation, and trying new tools.
- Basic familiarity with AI and automation tools (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to work independently and proactively without constant supervision.
Nice-to-Haves
- Knowledge of another European language (French, Italian, German, or Spanish).
- Passion for craft industries (craft beer, coffee, natural wines, artisanal foods, etc.).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar productivity tools.
