[Hiring] Marketing Associate @XRHealth

Role Description

This is a part-time, hourly, remote position (up to 20 hours a week). You'll manage our social media presence, keep our websites current and functioning well, and serve as a key coordinator between internal stakeholders and our marketing team and agency partners.

What You'll Do

• Social Media
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels as needed.
  • Create content that educates and supports the fibromyalgia and chronic pain community, including patient education, condition awareness, and program information.
  • Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, program updates, and company announcements.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages (escalating patient inquiries appropriately).
  • Ensure all content is clinically accurate, approved by clinical leadership before publishing, and compliant with healthcare advertising rules and Meta's health and wellness policies.
• Website Management
  • Update and maintain the Swing Care website and related XRHealth web properties built on WordPress, including page edits, landing pages, blog posts, state availability updates, and provider bios.
  • Keep branding consistent with the Swing Care by XRHealth transition across all web content.
  • Manage plugins, themes, forms, and basic site performance and SEO hygiene.
  • Identify and fix broken links, display issues, and formatting errors.
  • Coordinate with developers or vendors on larger technical issues.
• Marketing Coordination
  • Serve as the point of contact between internal teams (clinical, operations, leadership) and our marketing team.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals so campaigns launch on schedule.
  • Gather content and information from internal stakeholders and route it to the right people.
  • Prepare simple performance reports on social media, web traffic, and campaign results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for a business or brand.
• Demonstrated experience updating and maintaining WordPress websites (Elementor, Divi, or similar page builders; plugins; media library; SEO tools like Yoast or Rank Math).
• Working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency with design and scheduling tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Self-directed, organized, and reliable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or another regulated industry (preferred).
• Experience marketing to chronic pain, chronic illness, or patient advocacy communities (preferred).
• Familiarity with HIPAA considerations in marketing and social media (preferred).
• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM/marketing automation platform (preferred).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager (preferred).
• Basic video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn video) (preferred).

Details

• Schedule: Approximately 10-20 hours per week, flexible, with availability during 8-5 CST for team coordination.
• Location: 100% remote (U.S.-based).
• Employment type: Part-time, hourly 1099.

Our clinicians deliver evidence-based, personalized care from home, combining medical care, health coaching, and digital therapeutics, as applicable, to help patients manage symptoms and improve quality of life. We're a lean, mission-driven team, and we're looking for a hands-on marketing associate who can own day-to-day execution across social media and our websites.
