[Hiring] Marketing and Growth Lead @OnTheGoSystems

Role Description

At OnTheGoSystems, the company behind WPML, Toolset, and PTC, we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on marketer who wants real ownership and the freedom to get things done.

We’re reshaping how marketing works at OTGS and looking for someone who can understand the business, spot opportunities, and turn ideas into action. This is not a role where you’ll only create strategies or manage others - we need someone who enjoys doing the work themselves.

We’d especially love to meet someone with experience in a SaaS, software, or WordPress environment who is comfortable working with technical products and customers.

• You don’t need to be an expert in every area of marketing.
• We’re looking for someone who is versatile, curious, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Someone who can move across different areas, learn quickly, and figure out what needs attention.
• AI is a core part of how we work at OTGS.
• We’d like to work with someone who already uses AI as a practical part of their day-to-day marketing work.
• You’ll have a lot of autonomy.
• We expect you to take the time to understand our products, customers, market, and competitors.
• Use data and your experience to identify where marketing can make an impact.
• Take those ideas through to execution.
• You’ll have the freedom to suggest ideas, experiment, challenge assumptions, and help shape our marketing direction.
• Take ownership of the work and its results.

Qualifications

• Willingness to take ownership and execute marketing initiatives.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making.

Benefits

• Real ownership and freedom to help build our marketing approach.
• Work directly with our CEO and product teams.
• Experiment with AI and turn ideas into real marketing initiatives.
• Support beyond day-to-day work.
• Flexibility of working remotely.
