Role Description

This role involves supporting the marketing and sales efforts of New Frontier Immigration Law. Responsibilities include:

Create & manage a sales pipeline for the University Marketing
Assist with marketing planning
Run marketing campaigns/promos to increase new sales & retention working collaboratively with the sales team
Assist with website maintenance & management
Assist with branding & creating/maintaining central templates & resources
Create & distribute recurring newsletters, emails, & other marketing content to engage target audiences
Manage social media postings & content, engaging & building followers
Monitor & report on marketing & engagement analytics
Edit content videos, presentations, recordings, slide decks, and/or assessments
Manage content in the LMS (prepare/post/open/update courses, course videos, quizzes, thumbnails, etc)
Create & record new content when assigned as a cross-trained team member
Assist with content distribution
Assist with monitoring & reporting on student progress & participation
Serve as sales support/back up as a cross-trained team member following our processes (sales pipeline, inquiries, discovery calls/meetings, chase leads, process registrations, etc)
Prepare for & attend regular meetings as scheduled/assigned
Prepare for & host various meetings, trainings, & events as assigned as a cross-trained team member
Assist with maintaining the LMS, central calendar(s), and/or central email account(s) as assigned
Adhere to New Frontier University & New Frontier Immigration Law standard operating procedures & policies
Other duties as assigned/as program continues to grow

Paid as a "true" independent contractor, required to submit regular invoices of activities to DOO
