Role Description
Sophia is seeking a Manager, Go to Market Operations to support Marketing, Sales, and Partner Success. This role will play a critical part in team enablement and processes, oversee conferences, and manage cross-functional projects. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Partnerships.

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Oversee Sales and Partner Success enablement; consulting with team members to build processes and playbooks to streamline the way we work.

Provide training and support to Sales and Partner Success teams on new product offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Develop a conference strategy and manage the execution of all conferences (e.g. participant coordination, lead lists, ordering of materials & assets, etc.).

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of conference activities including presentations.

Manage cross-functional projects to coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.

Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for go-to-market activities.

Manage a small team of direct reports by providing guidance, feedback, and support for their professional development.

Manage marketing claims and legal review.

Requirements

A minimum of 6+ yearsβ work experience.

2+ years of previous leadership experience.

Experience in the Education sector required (K12, Higher Education, Edtech, etc.).

Bachelorβs degree required.

Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant.

Able to access information using a computer.
