[Hiring] Marketing Operations Manager @Really Great Reading

Role Description

The Marketing Operations Manager is the technical and operational partner responsible for the systems, processes, and execution that keep RGR’s marketing programs running effectively.

• Own HubSpot administration, email health, and technical campaign execution across product launches, priority-state campaigns, lifecycle and customer communications, and sales enablement.
• Translate campaign requirements into reliable builds, automation, and reporting.
• Determine how to build campaigns effectively and ensure they run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, HubSpot administration, or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience with workflows, lists, properties, forms, and email.
• Working knowledge of email deliverability and authentication.
• Experience building automated nurture or lifecycle programs.
• Reporting and attribution literacy, including building dashboards and troubleshooting data issues.
• Strong QA habits and the ability to manage several campaign builds at once.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with non-technical partners.

Requirements

• HubSpot certifications, such as Marketing Hub or Operations Hub (preferred).
• Experience with consent management and email and privacy regulations (preferred).
• Experience with integration or automation tools such as Zapier or Make, or with AI-assisted workflows (preferred).
• Basic HTML and CSS for email and landing page troubleshooting (preferred).
• K–12 education, EdTech, or B2B experience with long sales cycles (preferred).
