[Hiring] Manager, Digital Demand Generation @CareXM

Role Description

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, curious, and motivated to make things better. The ideal candidate has a bias for action and is comfortable owning their work from strategy to execution and digs into the data to understand what’s working and where optimization is needed. You’ll have the opportunity to shape CareXM’s demand gen strategy through campaigns across paid and organic channels and have a direct hand in building and improving the systems that power our marketing.

• Own and execute integrated digital campaigns that generate qualified demand and contribute to pipeline across the full marketing funnel.
• Develop and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid media programs, including audience strategy, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Develop organic social and digital strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and qualified traffic among priority audiences.
• Own SEO, AEO, and GEO efforts to increase CareXM’s visibility across search engines and AI-powered search experiences.
• Measure campaign and channel performance against leads, qualified opportunities, pipeline contribution, conversion, and ROI. Translate performance data into clear recommendations and action.
• Identify and improve conversion opportunities across campaigns, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and other digital experiences.
• Establish a strong feedback loop around lead quality, qualification, follow-up, and conversion, using sales insights to continually improve targeting and campaign strategy.
• Own and optimize the digital marketing tech stack, identify opportunities to improve capabilities and efficiency, and evaluate new tools and technologies as needed.
• Continuously test new channels, audiences, messaging, creative, and tactics to identify opportunities for growth and improve marketing performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or a related B2B marketing role.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and paid social.
• Strong working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms. Experience with HubSpot MarketingHub strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect digital marketing activity to business outcomes, including qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline, and ROI.
• Demonstrated ability to test, learn, and iterate, with a track record of identifying opportunities and taking initiative without waiting for direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional marketing partners.
