Role Description

SmartScale360 is hiring an experienced Luxury Real Estate Marketing Manager to support a U.S.-based luxury real estate business specializing in residential and commercial properties in Palm Beach County, Florida. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic, and highly organized marketing professional who can independently develop and execute marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, create high-quality branded content, and generate qualified buyer and seller leads. The ideal candidate understands luxury brand positioning, has strong experience in Instagram marketing, and can manage marketing campaigns from planning through execution and performance tracking.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility, attract qualified buyers and sellers, and generate business opportunities.
• Manage Instagram as the primary marketing platform, including content strategy, calendars, reels, posts, and stories.
• Create, edit, and repurpose content using professional photography and video assets provided by vendors.
• Schedule and publish social media content across Instagram and supporting platforms such as Facebook.
• Maintain consistent luxury branding across marketing materials and digital platforms while following real estate advertising standards.
• Manage email marketing campaigns using Rechat, including weekly newsletters and property announcements.
• Create property marketing campaigns for Coming Soon, Open House, Just Listed, Under Contract, Pending, and Just Sold properties.
• Update website content with active listings, upcoming properties, and sold properties.
• Manage Google Business Profile activity, including posts, photos, and review-related updates.
• Monitor marketing performance and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support lead generation efforts and ensure marketing inquiries are properly directed to the CRM for follow-up.
• Design and coordinate branded marketing materials, including listing presentations, pre-listing packages, seller checklists, and outreach materials.
• Support additional marketing channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, and basic SEO as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure marketing projects, content, and campaigns are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, brand management, or marketing strategy.
• Experience working with luxury brands, preferably in luxury real estate.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent professional communication skills.
• Strong experience managing Instagram marketing, including reels, stories, content planning, and audience engagement.
• Excellent graphic design, branding, content creation, and video editing skills.
• Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns independently.
• Knowledge of email marketing, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
• Understanding of luxury brand positioning, visual presentation, and brand consistency.
• Familiarity with website content management, Google Business Profile, and basic SEO.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, creative, proactive, and results-driven.
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively across time zones.
• Comfortable learning new marketing platforms, CRM systems, and automation tools.

• Work Environment: Professional, quiet, and suitable for remote collaboration and marketing work.
• Availability: Must be available based on the client's operational needs.
• Shift: Must be flexible to coordinate with a U.S.-based client during agreed working hours.
