Role Description

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop and maintain complex customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Build and optimize email campaigns, dynamic content, and personalized communications.
• Develop custom solutions using AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), SQL, and HTML/CSS.
• Create and manage Data Extensions, Contact Builder configurations, and audience segmentation.
• Develop automations using Automation Studio, including data imports, exports, and scheduled activities.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve campaign, integration, and data-related issues.
• Collaborate with business and marketing stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow development best practices, code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience.
• Strong expertise in AMPscript, SQL, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), and HTML/CSS for email development.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.
• Experience developing dynamic and personalized email communications.
• Hands-on experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize SFMC performance and automations.

Requirements

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification (preferred).
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification (preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Customer 360 (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries (preferred).
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices for Salesforce platforms (preferred).
