Role Description
We’re looking for a
Lead Growth Manager
to help identify and scale new growth opportunities for our business. In this role, you’ll focus on building effective web and mobile acquisition funnels, exploring and launching new growth directions, and coordinating the team’s efforts around these initiatives. You’ll be responsible not only for identifying new opportunities, but also for turning them into working, scalable solutions - building processes that consistently deliver results and help the business continue to grow fast.
Key Challenges
-
Explore new opportunities to scale the business by analyzing the market, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
-
Build and continuously improve user acquisition funnels through non-stop experimentation, driven by a deep understanding of users, their needs, pain points, and decision-making psychology.
-
Build processes that consistently deliver results, focusing on system efficiency and scalability rather than relying on one-off successful ideas.
-
Coordinate cross-functional teams: work closely with Marketing, Analytics, Development, and Product teams to build a seamless user journey — from the initial ad click to the user entering the product.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Growth Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar roles.
-
1+ year of experience managing a team.
-
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset: ability to work with data, identify patterns, make informed decisions, and use insights to shape long-term strategies.
-
Strong systems thinking: ability to build scalable processes that consistently deliver results and evolve alongside the business.
-
High speed of decision-making and the ability to quickly adapt to a changing market and business environment.
-
Strong research skills: ability to analyze markets, emerging trends, competitors, and user behavior and turn these insights into new growth opportunities.
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills: ability to bring cross-functional teams together, align stakeholders, and move initiatives forward.
-
English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Benefits
-
Remote-First Culture: Flexible working schedule and the ability to work anywhere in the world, either remotely or in one of our corporate hubs.
-
Сoworking Compensation: 100% compensation for coworking spaces in Ukraine (except Kyiv) and 50% compensation for coworking spaces worldwide.
