Role Description

The Landing Page Specialist will be responsible for:

• Building landing pages in PMC’s custom WordPress CMS using established templates, components, and content requirements.
• Creating pages for cities, neighborhoods and districts, destinations and attractions, sports and entertainment venues, airports, and other parking locations.
• Researching relevant keywords and search terms for each location.
• Writing concise, useful, SEO-friendly copy for each page.
• Applying on-page SEO, including heading structure, title tags, meta descriptions, URLs, internal links, and image alt text.
• Connecting relevant parking locations and dynamic content to each page.
• Performing quality checks before publishing.
• Following an efficient, repeatable page-production process and meeting production goals.
• Updating existing pages as locations, details, or priorities change.
• Flagging opportunities to make the CMS or page-building workflow more efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience building or editing pages in WordPress or another content management system.
• Basic keyword research and on-page SEO knowledge.
• Clear, concise copywriting with strong attention to spelling, grammar, and detail.
• Ability to follow templates, brand guidelines, and established processes.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality across a high volume of pages.
• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, conducted after a conditional offer of employment. Background information will be reviewed individually and in accordance with applicable law.

Skills

• Experience with local SEO or location-based content.
• Experience with large-scale landing page projects, directories, marketplaces, travel, hospitality, or parking websites.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console or Google Analytics.
• Coursework or training in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Physical Requirements

• This is a remote position performed in a home or remote office setting.
• The role requires prolonged periods of sitting, frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse, and consistent visual and auditory engagement with digital communication tools.
• Employees must be able to communicate effectively via written and verbal channels and manage multiple systems simultaneously.
