[Hiring] Junior User Acquisition Manager @appflame

Role Description

We’re looking for daring, ambitious, and "a little crazy" people — those who love building real products and dream of launching cool startups. You will:

• Run performance marketing campaigns on Meta.
• Run and optimize campaigns based on ROAS and LTV.
• Run tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights, and manage the budget.
• Cooperate with the creative team on creative production.
• Develop automation and auto-rules for acquisition.
• Follow Meta advertising policies and keep ad accounts healthy.
• Analyze competitors, suggest ideas, and generate hypotheses.

Qualifications

• Have a real interest in performance marketing and a wish to grow specifically in Meta.
• Have a proactive mindset: you ask questions, suggest ideas, and look for ways to help without waiting for tasks.
• Have a habit of learning: you regularly read or watch cases and courses and invest time in self-education.
• Have a comfortable relationship with numbers and can make simple conclusions from data.
• Have an eye for detail and double-check your work (links, targeting, budgets, naming, tracking, policy compliance).
• Have solid self-organization skills: tasks, deadlines, and reports stay in order.
• Have no fear of routine and repetitive tasks at the start, understanding this is how you gain expertise.

Requirements

• Have any hands-on experience with ads (Meta / TikTok / Google / Snapchat), even with small budgets, your own project, freelance, or course practice.
• Have basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager.
• Have completed courses in digital marketing/performance / UA (with certificates or projects).
• Have basic familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase), at least on a theoretical level.
• Have an understanding of basic performance metrics: CPI, ROAS, LTV, payback period (even just definitions).
• Have experience in startups, product teams, gaming, or mobile apps.
