Role Description
Our in-house creator program is where our best-performing paid social ads come from. Every month we reach out to thousands of parents. Every other creative pipeline at Lingokids gets measured against it. Now we want to take it further: more volume, better quality, wider reach, and a first real move into longer-form YouTube content. That's where you come in.
As our Creator Program Manager, you'll:
-
Find and grow our network of parent creators and family influencers, from micro UGC makers to established names.
-
Run outreach yourself. Email, DMs, talent platforms, referrals, our own creator community. Whatever gets results.
-
Do the deals. Fees, usage rights, deliverables, timelines, renewals.
-
Write briefs that make great content easy. Lingokids, our audience, the creative angle and the performance goal, explained clearly enough that creators can self-produce ads that feel native.
-
Let performance decide what's next. Sit down with the Head of Paid Social, read the results (hook rates, CPA, what actually converted) and turn them into sharper briefs and smarter sourcing.
-
Build the system, not just the roster. AI agents, pipeline tracking, rights and rates, delivery schedules, and a library of what's worked and what hasn't.
-
Lead high-impact creator partnerships and special projects outside the core program.
Qualifications
-
3+ years in creator marketing, influencer marketing, UGC, or performance creative.
-
You've sourced, signed, and managed creators yourself, not just briefed an agency that did. Ideally you've built a creator program from scratch and scaled it.
-
You've briefed creators to self-produce content that had to convert, not just look good.
-
Commercial instincts on fees, usage rights, and renewals.
-
You stay organised at volume. Hundreds of deliverables a week, and the details don't slip.
-
You care more about CPA than likes, and you're comfortable using data to decide what to repeat, cut, or try next.
-
You're happy building the playbook while you run it.
-
Curious and playful. Tough challenges don't scare you, and you're confident enough to share your views.
Requirements
-
Bonus points if you are a creator yourself: a parent creator, UGC maker, educator on social, anyone who knows from the inside what it takes to make content that feels real.
-
Have built AI workflows that take manual work off your plate.
-
Can do light editing in CapCut, InShot, or Premiere.
-
Have worked with family or kids' content, including consent and safety practices when children appear on camera.
-
English is a must: Weβre a multicultural team providing a service in English, so while certifications arenβt necessary, fluency is essential.

As a fully remote company, clear and effective spoken and written communication, especially in asynchronous and long-form formats, is key to collaborating successfully.
