[Hiring] Junior Growth Manager @Pearmill

Role Description

The Junior Growth Manager role will report directly to a Growth Manager. This is a role that works closely with our clients, as well as our internal team — giving this individual real ownership over the day-to-day running of client accounts and relationships.

On a day-to-day basis, you'd be responsible for keeping accounts organized and on track:

• Coordinating across teams
• Managing deadlines
• Communicating with clients
• Building the systems and processes that make everyone around you more effective

Your responsibilities will grow with the company, and you'll have a real impact on the business from day one.

We use agentic workflows to handle repeatable work across media, creative, and reporting. Primary Responsibilities

• Be a key point of contact for day-to-day client communication — scheduling meetings, sending agendas ahead of every call, and delivering polished post-meeting recaps that document decisions and next steps clearly.
• Be the most organized member on the team — know everything that's happening on your accounts, communicate details to all the stakeholders, and be in the details.
• Track all deliverable deadlines across accounts and work directly with channel managers and creatives to ensure nothing gets missed.
• Maintain creative trackers across all active accounts — keeping statuses accurate, approvals logged, and visibility high.
• Build and document internal processes and automations alongside the Growth team.
• Manage ongoing vendor and platform relationships with Google, Meta, and other partners.
• Align the team on messaging and logistics for weekly client meetings.
• Actively use AI tools to get more done — writing better emails faster, summarizing meetings, drafting recaps, researching vendors, and finding smarter ways to handle the work.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing, agency, or marketing coordination role.
• Excited about creating processes, systems, and templates.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator.
• Genuinely curious about performance marketing.
• Comfortable working across tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and project management platforms.
• Live in AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity.
• Think in systems and automations.
• Ownership-oriented.
• A good hang.
