[Hiring] Junior Creative Marketing Manager @United Tech

Role Description

We’re looking for a Junior Creative Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of creativity, performance marketing, and data:

• Developing and testing creative concepts for international markets
• Analyzing their performance
• Researching competitors and user behavior
• Collaborating with designers and the User Acquisition team to turn insights into creatives that deliver measurable results

You’ll have plenty of room to experiment and grow, while seeing how your ideas directly contribute to the growth of products used by millions of people.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on app and/or web projects
• KPI-driven mindset, with daily work on metrics like CPA, CTR, and ROI
• Experience creating detailed technical tasks for designers
• Proven experience conducting competitor and market research
• Confident user of analytical and data visualization tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to manage a backlog, prioritize tasks, plan creative launches, and coordinate production stages
• B2 English level

Requirements

• Experience with the social networking niche (would be a plus)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative ideation or production (would be a plus)
