[Hiring] Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager @Remote Choice

Role Description

An established influencer marketing agency working with international brands is hiring a Campaign Manager. This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating influencer campaigns from initial setup through delivery. You will keep several campaigns moving at once, maintain clear communication, resolve obstacles and ensure agreed deadlines and outputs are achieved.

Qualifications

• Background in digital or influencer marketing, creator partnerships, project coordination or agency campaign delivery.
• Experience with both paid and unpaid creator programmes, such as product gifting, seeding or ambassador activity, is beneficial.
• Comfortable working with software, structured processes and operational tools.
• Able to juggle competing tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Strong spoken and written English communication.
• Constructive, proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
• Confidence using AI tools and modern operational systems.

Requirements

• Create and maintain accurate campaign records and tasks in the project management platform.
• Manage routine creator communications, including availability checks, deliverable follow-ups and reminders.
• Check influencer selections, campaign briefs, agreements and submitted content for accuracy and quality.
• Keep delivery schedules, content requirements and usage permissions on track.
• Follow campaign instructions and priorities provided by the Account Manager or Account Director.
• Help prepare for client meetings, share important updates and capture follow-up actions.
• Respond to influencers clearly, professionally and promptly.
• Maintain complete, current project records so progress is visible to the wider team.
• Work within the agency’s established systems for workload monitoring, campaign margins and outreach reporting.
• Apply documented operating procedures to deliver consistent, accurate work.
• Raise campaign or client risks promptly with the Account Manager; refer capacity, quality or people concerns to the Delivery Director.
• Take part in coaching, quality reviews and post-campaign learning sessions.
• Complete onboarding and agreed development goals, with progression toward Senior Campaign Manager.
