Role Description
We are looking for an Influencer & Brand Ambassador Manager to join our groundbreaking dating app that embraces a sex-positive approach and places a strong emphasis on the safety and comfort of our women users.
- Build and grow our ambassador program (think campuses, niche communities, and beyond)
- Plan and activate online & offline moments with influencers and ambassadors
- Run influencer campaigns end-to-end — from scouting talent to tracking results
- Create smart briefs, guide content production, and keep things on-brand
- Build long-term relationships with creators and grow our internal database
- Work closely with PR, social, and events to amplify everything we do
- Track performance, learn from the data, and keep making it better
Qualifications
- Content & trend awareness (especially Gen Z & youth culture)
- Influencer marketing: sourcing, briefing, managing, and reporting
- Campaign management: from planning to execution (multi-channel)
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, etc.
- Writing creative briefs and content guidelines
- Working with contracts, budgets, and KPIs
- Ambassador program setup & CRM maintenance (optional)
- Analytics: tracking performance (reach, engagement, ROI)
- Familiarity with influencer tools (e.g. HypeAuditor, Modash, Upfluence)
