[Hiring] Growth Marketing Specialist @Apertera

Role Description

This is a role for someone who likes turning ideas into action. You’ll help launch campaigns, test new growth channels, support account-based marketing, improve how buyers move through our website, and find new ways to generate qualified demand.

You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Content, Design, and Web/MarTech, with plenty of opportunity to bring ideas forward and see their impact.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
• Build and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Support ABM programs through target-account research, buyer signals, and more personalized campaigns.
• Improve email campaigns for subscribers, past leads, and previous clients.
• Help build referral and partner growth programs, including client referral initiatives.
• Conduct keyword research and strengthen our organic search presence.
• Explore how Apertera can improve visibility across AI-powered search, including AEO and GEO.
• Review website performance and improve landing pages, forms, CTAs, and conversion paths.
• Test new audiences, messaging, offers, and channels.
• Track performance from lead through opportunity and revenue, and help us understand what to scale, improve, or stop.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS, technology, or another B2B environment.
• Experience in legal, financial services, securities, or another regulated industry is an asset, but not required.
• Curious, commercially minded, comfortable getting into the details, and excited by the opportunity to build.
• Experience with Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• B2B campaign execution.
• SEO and keyword research.
• Landing pages and conversion paths.
• Email marketing and nurture campaigns.
• Marketing analytics and funnel performance.
• CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
• Connecting Marketing activity to qualified leads, pipeline, or revenue.
• Testing new ideas and using the results to improve performance.
• Using AI tools to make research, analysis, or campaign execution more efficient.
• Experience with ABM, target-account campaigns, referral programs, or website conversion is a strong asset.
