[Hiring] Growth Marketing Operator @Datahash

Role Description

Marketing at Datahash runs agent-first: a marketing head agent plans, content and page agents produce, an inbound agent qualifies, and named humans approve. This seat is for the person who directs that machine: an operator who owns the voice, the partner-marketing relationships with Meta, Google, Snap and TikTok, and the demand numbers, and who directs the agents rather than replacing them. You will not be asked to build the machine; it exists. You will be asked to make it produce leads and to make Datahash sound like one company.

What you will do

• Own the number: Marketing-qualified leads from 25 to 100 a month across eight engines, with the segment, journey and content calendar the agents run reviewed by you weekly.
• Own the voice: Every external asset sounds like Datahash; you set the standard, the agents produce to it, and you are the final human read on anything public.
• Own the partner marketing: Co-marketing programmes and MDF with the channel partners, from claim to campaign, in partnership with the Growth Manager (Channel Partnerships).
• Direct the agents: Brief them, correct them, measure them: acceptance rate, cost per accepted output and the override log are your management tools.
• Launch: Run the SYNAPSE launch communications and the design-partner programme to the existing base.

What success looks like

• MQL ramp on plan with source and quality tracked.
• Case studies shipping monthly with consent, in the three registers we use.
• Partner co-marketing live with at least one channel per quarter.
• Agent acceptance rates rising quarter on quarter under your direction.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years in B2B marketing for SaaS, adtech or martech with demand and content ownership.
• Experience working with platform partner marketing teams (Google, Meta or similar) and knowledge of how co-marketing funds actually get spent.
• A strong editorial eye and a plain writing style; ability to differentiate AI cadence from a human sentence and fix it.
• Daily, expert use of AI tools; experience directing AI-produced content at volume.
• Comfort with analytics: GA4, CRM reporting, attribution.

Requirements

• Experience launching a product to an installed base (nice to have).
• Experience in a company below 100 people where you were the whole marketing function (nice to have).
• Probably not a fit if you want a team of humans to manage; the team is mostly agents.
• Probably not a fit if you would rather write everything yourself than direct production.
