[Hiring] Growth Marketing Manager @OneImaging

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing & Operations Manager to lead our effort to drive utilization of OneImaging’s services within our growing eligible member population. This role will be a pivotal member of the team, responsible for building and owning Engagement and Marketing Operations that works with Customer Success, Member Services, and Product/Engineering teams to create a world-class member experience for OneImaging. The ideal candidate will have significant experience engaging consumers with (B2C) technology and is able to combine strong technical and creative skillsets to build a successful Engagement function.

• Build and run a high performance Engagement Marketing Operation, responsible for utilization of our services from first message through exam completion.
• Build and run a data-driven marketing machine that leverages data, automation, and other tools to execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns within and across customers at scale.
• Work with our product and technology team to develop and implement robust marketing operations infrastructure that integrates with our tech stack.
• Leverage healthcare data such as eligibility files, prior authorization feeds, and claims data to identify targeted marketing strategies that drive Utilization Rate.
• Partner closely with customer and member services teams to ensure alignment on priorities, objectives, and execution.
• Continuously iterate on creative ideas, utilizing data to refine and enhance engagement strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing new ideas and best practices to OneImaging’s marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on engagement and utilization strategies in a B2C or B2B2C environment.
• Experience in creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement.
• Proven track record in setting up and scaling marketing operations, including technology stack management (Braze).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong background in digital health or a related industry is highly preferred.

Requirements

• The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000.
• Individual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, experience, location, and applicable laws.
• In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
