Role Description

The Growth Marketing Leader will build and scale the company's demand generation engine, driving brand awareness, enterprise engagement, and qualified sales pipeline. They will not only bring vision and strategy to the role, but also have hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including HubSpot, Marketo, and/or Salesforce. Because our clients are creating a new category with limited existing market awareness, this leader must combine strategic marketing expertise with hands-on execution to educate buyers and generate demand.

• Develop and execute an integrated demand generation strategy across paid, organic, and ABM channels.
• Build targeted campaigns for approximately 200 priority enterprise accounts, with a broader audience of 1,000 target accounts.
• Generate measurable sales-qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities rather than focusing primarily on MQLs.
• Establish campaign roadmaps, performance reporting, attribution, and ongoing optimization.
• Partner closely with Sales, BDRs, Marketing Operations, and other marketing functions to improve engagement and conversion.
• Potentially assume broader leadership responsibilities across BDRs, events, and the existing European demand generation function.

Qualifications

• A combination of experience at established technology companies or agencies and high-growth startups.
• Demonstrated success building, scaling, and executing full-funnel demand generation strategies across paid, organic, and ABM channels.
• Strong account-based marketing expertise, targeting enterprise accounts with complex, multistakeholder buying committees.
• Ability to build demand generation strategies, campaign roadmaps, reporting frameworks, and performance optimization processes.
• Demonstrated success partnering with Sales, BDR/SDR teams, and Marketing Operations to accelerate pipeline development.
• 7-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated marketing.
• Proven experience in technology/SaaS organizations; AI company experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with ABM platforms such as Influ2, 6sense, or Demandbase.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including campaign attribution, pipeline reporting, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
• Experience marketing emerging technologies or creating demand for new product categories is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and business outcomes.
