Role Description

As our Growth Design Lead, you'll lead the creation of a high-velocity experimentation engine that drives measurable business impact across the top of our funnel. You'll help define and execute an AI-first design strategy that connects world-class creative with core growth metrics — ensuring continuous optimization across acquisition, conversion, and activation.

• Translate behavioral and search insights into scalable, on-brand experiences.
• Establish rigorous testing frameworks.
• Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Web/Engineering, Brand, and Data to accelerate conversion and revenue outcomes through disciplined, data-driven execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in growth, product, or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio of shipped, top-of-funnel work that drove measurable business impact (lead generation, conversion lift, acquisition).
• Experience in designing and running A/B and multivariate tests.
• Deep understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience with CMS-driven platforms and modular frameworks.
• Fluency in growth metrics like MQLs, CAC, and LTV.
• Active use of AI tools (e.g., Cursor, v0, Claude, Figma AI) to accelerate research and design velocity.
• Proficient in Figma: auto-layout, AI prototyping, and contributing to design systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to embody company values and foster trust in a remote setting.

• Refine site-wide information architecture to improve discoverability and conversion efficiency.
• Design high-performing lead-capture experiences.
• Extend existing design systems to serve growth and experimentation needs.
• Partner closely with various teams to translate insights into scalable experiences.
• Set the standard for growth design practice across Brand Studio.
