Role Description

The Growth Manager will be at the forefront of creativity as they work on increasing leads and customers for client accounts. You will be responsible for growing revenue via paid social channels such as Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

• Execute paid social campaigns with precision.
• Implement media buying strategies developed in partnership with the Sr. Growth Manager across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Manage day-to-day operations of active campaigns.
• Own reporting and performance analysis.
• Support client communication.
• Collaborate across teams.
• Prep for and run client calls.
• Manage projects and timelines.
• Proactively contribute to playbooks and SOPs when opportunities arise.
• Stay sharp and informed.

Qualifications

• You're performance-obsessed with a strong grasp of paid social KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR).
• Hands-on platform experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), and ideally TikTok, LinkedIn, or X.
• You speak the language of creative and data.
• You iterate fast in an environment where campaigns are launched, learned from, and optimized rapidly.
• You think beyond the platform, understanding how landing page experience, CRM, lead quality, and funnel conversion impact paid social performance.
• You're curious and coachable, actively seeking feedback and staying on top of industry changes.
• You communicate with clarity, explaining performance to clients or team members in a technically accurate and business-relevant way.
