Role Description

This is a remote position. We're looking for a Growth Marketer to join our internal team to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels and international markets. You'll take ownership of campaign performance across the full funnel, manage advertising budgets, and turn data into actionable insights to drive growth across our brands.

You'll work closely with creative, content, sales, and product teams to develop effective campaign strategies, improve performance, and support business objectives through data-driven marketing.

Your Duties

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage five-figure advertising budgets, optimizing spend across channels, markets, and audiences to maximize performance.
• Develop and adapt campaign strategies for international markets, considering local audiences, languages, and platform differences.
• Conduct structured A/B tests across creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Monitor key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, advertising pixels, Conversions API, and UTM parameters.
• Troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues to ensure accurate and reliable campaign data.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad concepts and provide performance insights to guide creative optimization.
• Work closely with sales, content, and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
• Analyze campaign data, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvements across the marketing funnel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Proven experience managing five-figure advertising budgets and delivering measurable results.
• Experience running paid campaigns across international markets.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, advertising pixel implementation, Conversions API, and conversion tracking.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience monitoring and optimizing campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
• A structured testing approach and strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Solid understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English.
