Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a growth or marketing team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interface with team members and clients
• Proficient in using CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
