Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain deep working knowledge of the electronics and semiconductor value chain.

Own and maintain the core messaging framework for the electronics and semiconductor segment, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.

Drive thought leadership and category creation around emerging electronics use cases.

Translate technical product features into clear, benefit-driven positioning for segment buyer audiences: manufacturing and process engineers, equipment engineers, automation and controls engineers, plant and operations managers.

Own external promotions, campaigns, and lead generation targets for the electronics and semiconductor segment.

Oversee and inform all lead-generating campaigns including digital advertising, email, and web, setting creative and messaging direction for each channel.

Partner with regional teams on account-based programs.

Own and drive the electronics and semiconductor segment across online and offline channels, shaping its market presence and strategy while ensuring consistent execution across all external touchpoints.

Develop messaging guides and content briefs to support sales activities and channel enablement, including distributor and integrator partners who serve electronics manufacturers.

Serve as the central link between Global Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, and Regional Marketing for the segment, driving alignment and strategic impact.

Inform segment presence at global tradeshows including SEMICON events, Electronica, IPC APEX EXPO, and regional electronics manufacturing shows, covering positioning, demo storylines, and key messaging as the architect of the event narrative.

Contribute to and/or lead development of customer-facing materials including case studies, application notes, video concepts, and social content featuring electronics and semiconductor deployments.
Qualifications

Demonstrate experience in B2B high tech hardware marketing (preferably in electronics, semi, and/or manufacturing).

Proven track record building messaging frameworks and demand generation programs for a technical B2B segment with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into commercial value.

Willingness to travel internationally to customer sites and industry events as needed.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $96,600 - $154,600. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
