Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join an international financial services organisation operating in the online trading industry. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and managing a network of affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs) and strategic partners across Latin America. You will identify new partnership opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements and optimise affiliate campaigns to drive customer acquisition and business growth.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, an established portfolio of LATAM contacts and strong relationship management skills. This is a fully remote opportunity based in Argentina, offering autonomy, international exposure and the opportunity to contribute directly to regional business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in Affiliate Management.
• Established portfolio of clients, affiliates or business partners within LATAM markets.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing channels, traffic acquisition strategies and performance-based marketing models.
• Excellent command of both Spanish (C1+) and English (B2+), written and spoken.
• Experience within the Forex or online trading industry is required.
• Proven ability to identify, develop and maintain profitable affiliate partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking platforms and campaign performance monitoring.
• Ability to analyse traffic sources, conversion performance, sales data and campaign profitability.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commercial performance indicators.
• Ability to identify potential affiliate fraud, marketing policy violations and compliance risks.
• Good organisational, time management and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns and prioritise commercial activities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Understanding of LATAM market dynamics, customer acquisition trends and regional business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel internationally for conferences, exhibitions and business meetings when required.
• Based in Argentina and comfortable working remotely under a B2B Services Agreement.

Requirements

• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs) and strategic partners across LATAM markets.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing affiliates and business partners.
• Manage affiliate programmes, promotional campaigns and ongoing partner activities.
• Provide continuous support to affiliates, resolving account-related enquiries and operational challenges.
• Identify and negotiate commercial opportunities with affiliate networks, traffic providers and other acquisition partners.
• Negotiate new partnership agreements and manage renewals of existing commercial arrangements.
• Prepare partnership proposals and assess potential return on investment for affiliate campaigns.
• Monitor affiliate activities to detect fraudulent behaviour, policy violations and non-compliant marketing practices.
• Analyse campaign performance, sales reports, conversion metrics and traffic data to optimise affiliate results.
• Identify opportunities to improve partner performance, customer acquisition and overall programme profitability.
• Research market trends, geographic opportunities and audience demographics across Latin America.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop promotional assets, including landing pages, banners, teasers and campaign materials.
• Prepare marketing briefs and contribute ideas for promotional campaigns, partnership offers and acquisition initiatives.
• Monitor affiliate marketing trends, traffic acquisition channels and competitive developments.
• Maintain accurate reporting on affiliate activities, partnership performance and commercial opportunities.
• Represent the organisation at international conferences, exhibitions, seminars and industry networking events when required.
