Role Description
We're hiring a Field Marketing Manager to own Ent's presence across the Western US and Canada. Working close to our San Francisco headquarters, you'll help shape Ent's biggest industry moments of the year, including RSAC in San Francisco and Black Hat in Las Vegas, while building a year-round regional program that turns those moments into pipeline and revenue.
What Youβll Achieve
-
Full lifecycle event strategy and execution for Ent's West field calendar, from flagship industry conferences to intimate CISO dinners, executive roundtables and briefings in San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Vancouver and beyond.
-
Ownership of ABM programs targeting Global 2000 accounts in the West, with a focus on hospitality and AI-forward technology enterprises.
-
Partner co-marketing with our integration and channel ecosystem (EDR, SIEM, identity and collaboration platforms) to create joint programs that reach shared buyers.
-
A category-defining presence at every event we attend, building experiences that meet goals, teach the market why prevention matters again, and are genuinely remembered.
-
Hands-on execution across the full stack of event work, solving problems in real time and partnering with design, operations, sales and product marketing.
-
Outcome orientation, ensuring every program ties back to a clear goal (pipeline, ARR, deal velocity, brand reputation).
-
Budget ownership, managing the West field marketing budget creatively and resourcefully.
-
Sales partnership, building strong relationships with West enterprise sales leadership and reps.
-
Reporting and iteration, providing clear, honest measurement of what worked, what didn't and what you'd change next time.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of field or event marketing experience, with meaningful time in a startup environment.
-
Security industry experience, understanding the security leader as a buyer and the AI governance landscape.
-
A track record of trying things and taking risks, with the ability to explain outcomes.
-
AI fluency, with real experience using AI tools to increase output without sacrificing quality.
-
A backup plan for your backup plan, solving issues calmly and quickly on-site.
-
A builder's mindset, preferring to design your own approach over following standard playbooks.
-
Comfort presenting to executive and sales leadership, with clear opinions backed by data.
-
Based in the Western US or Canada (Bay Area preferred), with the ability to travel 30β40%.
Benefits
-
Distributed workplace, with remote positions available across North America.
-
Meaningful equity on top of salary for every teammate.
-
90% of medical, dental, and vision costs covered by Ent, with 75% for dependents.
-
Flexible PTO for recharging, traveling, or taking a breather.
-
12 weeks of fully paid maternity leave and 8 weeks of fully paid paternity leave.
-
$100 monthly lifestyle account for fitness, wellness, learning, and more.
-
$500 home office stipend for remote employees.
