The Enterprise eCommerce Strategist, Lead owns the Digital eCommerce strategy and growth for RevolutionParts' largest enterprise accounts. This role partners with a Strategic Account Manager (SAM), personally accountable for all digital media efforts across two flagship clients.
What You'll Do:

Lead relationships with internal resources (SAMs, PMs, etc.) and external stakeholders connected to digital media outcomes.

Influence across a matrixed organization, driving initiatives forward without always holding sole accountability.

Own the eCommerce growth strategy for two flagship enterprise clients, serving as their primary strategic advisor and business partner.

Build annual and quarterly business plans and budgets across revenue, gross margin, product mix, and marketing mix.

Direct and coordinate internal agency resources to execute the plan, ensuring timely and on-scope delivery.

Maintain a regular forecasting and reporting cadence, including weekly pacing against targets and monthly performance reviews.

Identify and drive opportunities to expand the scope of services within each account.

Serve as the escalation point for the accounts, proactively managing account health and resolving issues.

Continuously refine and improve the strategist playbooks, processes, and standards used to run enterprise accounts.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field, with a strong preference for automotive industry knowledge.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce strategy/account management.

Strong project management skills.

Experience owning a budget and forecasting/reporting performance.

Commercial instinct for identifying and closing service/scope expansion opportunities.

Solid proficiency in data analytics and performance management.

Proficient in digital marketing, especially multi-channel marketing.

Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and analytics platforms.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience in automotive parts or a related industry is highly advantageous.
