Role Description
RevolutionParts is seeking an eCommerce Strategist who manages the creation and coordination of marketing strategies associated with growing our enterprise clients' eCommerce business on the RevolutionParts platform.
- Analyze market trends and identify buyer path improvement opportunities
- Develop merchandising calendars and create growth plans
- Demonstrate the results of marketing activities
- Interact directly with clients to develop strategies
- Implement strategies with internal agency resources
- Guide clients to growth in the eCommerce sector
The best candidates have hands-on experience in eCommerce strategy, campaign management, and client communication.
- Business Planning: Set eCommerce goals across revenue, margin, product mix, and marketing, tracking actuals for efficient management
- Market Analysis: Research trends, customer preferences, and competitors in the automotive space
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies to maximize profitability
- Merchandising Management: Plan promotions, sales, and product placement to drive growth
- Digital Marketing: Leverage SEM, SEO, email, and social media to align campaigns with sales targets
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to identify key business drivers and track performance
- Customer Insights: Incorporate feedback to improve products and enhance customer experience
- eCommerce Journey: Optimize the P&A purchase experience in collaboration with site and product teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, economics or a related field, with a strong preference for automotive industry knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce marketing, with a focus on client-side relationships
- Solid proficiency in data analytics and performance management via data and insights
- Experienced in defining customer/user experience to maximize conversions and repeat behavior
- Proficient in digital marketing, especially knowledge in multi-channel marketing, marketing mix optimization
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in automotive parts or a related industry is highly advantageous
