Role Description

Tatum Management Group is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and growth-focused E-Commerce Manager to oversee and optimize a portfolio of online stores and brands. This is a multi-store position. The E-Commerce Manager will own the day-to-day performance, merchandising, optimization, and continued growth of multiple e-commerce properties across our portfolio.

The ideal candidate understands that e-commerce is more than maintaining a website. We are looking for someone who can:

• Continuously improve the online shopping experience

We also want someone who understands how AI is changing e-commerce and is comfortable using modern AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, personalization, content, automation, customer experience, and overall store performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce management experience
• Experience managing multiple online stores, brands, or product lines strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of Shopify or comparable e-commerce platforms
• Experience with e-commerce analytics, conversion optimization, merchandising, and product launches
• Strong understanding of email/SMS, digital advertising, landing pages, and the broader e-commerce customer journey
• Comfortable working with integrations, apps, fulfillment systems, analytics platforms, and other e-commerce technology
• Demonstrated ability to use data to make business decisions
• Strong project-management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple brands, priorities, deadlines, and launches simultaneously
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation
