[Hiring] Director of Growth @Scale Media

Role Description

We're looking for a Director, Growth to lead our paid acquisition team and raise the bar on performance across our portfolio of DTC wellness brands.

• Expect Meta and paid social to be our biggest growth levers.
• Bring deep platform expertise and the drive to be in the numbers every day.
• Set the standard for media buying and ensure clean, complete data for every platform.
• Allocate budget across channels against CAC, ROAS, and MER targets.
• This is a hands-on leadership role; you'll diagnose problems and help make strategic decisions.
• Work closely with Creative, Ecommerce, and Analytics to build AI-enabled workflows.
• Report to the VP of Growth.

What You'll Own

• Daily performance management: reviewing performance across brands and channels.
• Leading the paid acquisition team and developing media buyers.
• Setting media buying standards for Meta and paid social.
• Ensuring platform data quality and correct event parameters.
• Collaborating on landing pages, creative, and copy improvements.
• Allocating and pacing budget to meet targets set with the VP of Growth.
• Running structured tests across various parameters.
• Working with Analytics to read performance through MTA and lift testing.
• Using AI tools for reporting and optimization.
• Managing agency or vendor support where relevant.

• Double-digit new customer revenue growth while hitting efficiency targets.
• Scaled Meta and paid social spend across brands.
• A daily performance rhythm for quick problem resolution.
• Clean, consistent account structures for easier scaling.
• Reliable platform data with no gaps.
• A media buying team that makes stronger decisions independently.
• Faster testing velocity with documented learnings.
• A higher hit rate on new landing pages, creative, and copy.

Qualifications

• Deep Meta and paid social expertise.
• Drive to analyze performance daily.
• People leadership experience with media buyers.
• Understanding of pixels, Conversions API, and audience exclusions.
• Cross-channel budget allocation experience.
• Conversion and creative judgment skills.
• Testing discipline and analytical strength.
• AI fluency for analysis and reporting.
• Cross-functional partnership skills.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including managing media buyers.

Preferred, but Not Required

• Experience with TikTok or other paid social channels.
• Hands-on Google Search, YouTube, and Performance Max experience.
• Experience in supplements, wellness, beauty, or consumer subscription businesses.
• Experience operating across multi-brand portfolios.
