[Hiring] Director, Growth Marketing @Indeed

Role Description

You will lead a Growth Marketing team responsible for driving SMB advertiser growth across a portfolio of marketing channels. You will set the strategic direction for how each channel contributes to company-level growth goals, and you will empower your team to iterate and drive measurable results.

You will partner closely with Product, Strategy, Marketing, Creative, Data Science, and Engineering (e.g., BT&T) teams to build aligned, full-funnel plans that move advertisers from top-of-funnel awareness through to bottom-of-funnel conversion and spend growth. This includes:

• Optimizing budget across channels and goals
• Building business cases for incremental experimentation and investment
• Shaping the creative and product experiences that drive performance in each channel

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 17 years of related experience; or a minimum of 15 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience.
• Experience managing global or multi-regional teams
• Proven track record of building and scaling performance marketing programs across multiple channels and customer segments
• Expertise in marketing automation platforms, paid media ecosystems, and audience segmentation strategies
• Experience designing and executing experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and data-driven optimization
• Ability to translate business goals into measurable marketing strategies and operational plans
• Excellent analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, measuring performance, and driving insights-based decisions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience developing teams and collaborating across functions
