Role Description
The Director of Creative Strategy and Delivery will lead an in-house team of copywriters, graphic designers, and project managers, bringing a mix of creative, marketing, and business understanding to the position.
- Inspire a team and oversee day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders and champion Intapp’s corporate visual identity
- Focus on operational excellence and scaling creative output
- Utilize AI and automation for process improvements
- Proactively evolve systems and workflows for high-quality outcomes
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the work of an in-house creative team supporting a cross-functional marketing team
- Establish and optimize a scalable creative and operational model
- Set a strong creative vision and support its execution
- Lead creative direction for corporate brand campaigns and flagship events
- Mentor and coach creative professionals for exceptional internal client experiences
- Design and implement standardized intake and briefing processes
- Develop KPI-driven metrics for creative performance and process improvement
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted design
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
- Establish quality standards and creative review frameworks
- Oversee final concept presentation strategy
- Continuously improve quality and efficiency by analyzing team performance
- Ensure application of corporate and product brand identity
- Manage and evolve a network of preferred agency partners
- Manage project planning, intake, and workflow to capacity
- Meet budget standards by forecasting and managing expenses
- Evolve and adapt with the growing needs of the business
Qualifications
- 12+ years of related experience with 7+ years of design and copy direction
- Experience leading an in-house agency serving marketing teams
- Proficient in driving process, prioritization, and workflow
- Adept at leading creative or organizational change initiatives
- Experience creating brand and visual expression for B2B technology
- Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience with software including Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Asana, and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
