Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager Strategist to lead our marketing efforts and drive significant growth. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. You will be a key player in shaping our brand's presence and driving customer acquisition and retention.

Strategic Planning & Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels (digital, social, content, email, etc.).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Define target audiences and develop effective messaging and positioning.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Optimize campaigns based on data and insights to maximize ROI.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.

Brand Management & Positioning:
- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Develop and implement brand guidelines and messaging.
- Monitor and manage brand reputation.

Digital Marketing & SEO:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize online presence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Depending on team size, provide leadership, mentorship and direction to marketing team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a marketing strategist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
