Role Description

Nous recherchons, pour le compte de notre client, un Technicien Support Service Desk Niveau 1.

Assurer le bon fonctionnement de la chaîne de support, aussi bien sur la partie applicative que matérielle.
Accueillir les demandes des utilisateurs et assurer un premier niveau d’analyse.
Prendre en charge et traiter les incidents bureautiques, notamment sur Office 365.
Assurer le suivi et le reporting des incidents dans un outil de ticketing.

Qualifications

Expérience minimum de 2 ans dans le support informatique / helpdesk N1.
Bon relationnel et esprit d'équipe.
Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des incidents bureautiques courants.

Requirements

Première expérience en support informatique / helpdesk N1.
