Role Description

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Digital Performance Specialist to provide ongoing SEO, Meta advertising and digital analytics services. The role will have primary responsibility for improving organic search visibility and managing Meta advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on increasing website traffic, engagement, enquiries and conversions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing SEO and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Practical experience with GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Experience with WordPress SEO and ideally Rank Math.
• Understanding of technical, on-page and content SEO.
• Experience with keyword research and SEO tools.
• Understanding of digital advertising metrics and campaign optimisation.

Requirements

• Develop and implement an ongoing SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility and website traffic.
• Manage on-page SEO, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, image optimisation and content structure.
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for new and existing website content.
• Optimise website pages and articles using Rank Math.
• Monitor technical SEO issues, indexing, redirects, broken links and website health.
• Manage and monitor Google Search Console.
• Review website content and provide recommendations to improve search performance.
• Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic.
• Identify opportunities to improve local and geographic search visibility.
• Plan, create, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.
• Develop campaigns targeting relevant audience segments.
• Manage campaign objectives, audiences, placements and budgets.
• Undertake ongoing A/B testing of creative, copy, audiences and calls to action.
• Monitor campaign performance and make regular adjustments to improve results.
• Manage retargeting and prospecting audiences.
• Ensure Meta Pixel and conversion tracking are operating correctly.
• Recommend appropriate campaign creative and advertising formats.
• Monitor performance through GA4, Google Search Console and Meta Ads Manager.
• Produce concise monthly reporting covering SEO and paid campaign performance.
• Translate data into practical recommendations rather than simply reporting statistics.
• Establish benchmarks and KPIs and track progress over time.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve digital performance.
• Ensure campaign and website tracking is correctly configured, including UTMs and conversion events.
