Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing operations. Your primary objective is to maximize ROI through high-performing email sequences, paid advertising, CRM workflows, organic LinkedIn, and SEO, ultimately driving qualified leads and revenue growth.

• Handle campaign execution, content performance, lead management, and data-driven optimization.
• Work closely with the marketing lead, the business development team, consultants, and company leadership.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing execution.
• Experience working with U.S. or Canadian clients or organizations.
• Fluent written and spoken English for effective communication with U.S. clients.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for video and voice calls.
• Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday).
• Must reside in Pakistan (fully remote position).

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads (Search & Display).
• Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel[GHL], or a similar CRM/automation platform to manage leads and workflows.
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console, with working knowledge of on-page SEO.
• Ability to update landing pages in WordPress, Webflow, or GHL CMS, and comfort using AI tools to speed up research and drafting.
• Ability to translate complex consulting concepts into clear, value-driven messaging for executive audiences.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to report on performance and collaborate with consultants, SMEs, and sales.
