Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in any field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
• Comfortable using social media, digital platforms, and online systems
• Interest in personal growth and leadership development
• Willingness to develop skills in digital marketing and client engagement
• Value continuous learning and professional development
• Ability to commit approximately 15 hours per week to the role
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, coaching, recruitment, education, or consultancy environments is beneficial but not essential
