Role Description
Weβre hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to partner closely with our creative and strategy teams on multi-channel campaign strategy for our clients. Youβll be hands-on in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns, working as a true partner in shaping client outcomes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and energized by getting into the work.
Core Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning:

Help to shape multi-channel campaign strategy alongside our creative and strategy teams, from planning through optimization.

Work closely with the team to track platform best practices and industry trends, contributing to strategy conversations across accounts.

Execution & Optimization:

Partner on the setup, testing, and launch of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring quality and consistency across platforms.

Design and run data-driven testing programs for ads, email, and landing pages to continuously improve KPIs, both independently and in coordination with the broader team.

Measurement & Reporting:

Own performance reporting, turning KPI data into clear, actionable recommendations for own campaigns.

Own conversion tracking setup and maintenance across accounts (Google Tag Manager, pixels, etc.), ensuring clean, reliable data flows into reporting and decision-making.

Collaboration & Client Partnership:

Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to keep execution aligned with client business goals.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a demonstrated track record of managing campaigns and strategies independently.

Proven experience managing paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) at scale.

Advanced understanding of digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), including hands-on conversion tracking.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex marketing data into clear strategic recommendations.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner directly with clients and cross-functional teams.

Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar data-related field; equivalent experience considered.
