[Hiring] Digital Marketing Channel Manager @Headway

Role Description

Headway's Patient Growth Marketing team helps people find affordable, in-network mental health care. Paid marketing is a major driver of how new patients find Headway, and we are building paid social and premium video (OLV/CTV) into scaled, efficient growth engines. As our Digital Marketing Channel Manager for Paid Social & Premium Video, you will be the senior, hands-on owner of these channels. You will also be AI-native at your core, using AI and AI agents to do the work that would traditionally take a full team. You will report to the Director of Patient Growth Marketing.

• Own paid social (Meta) end to end: strategy, budget, buying, optimization, and scaling to efficient CAC.
• Launch and scale premium video (OLV and CTV), from test design through scaled, measurable programs.
• Lead creative strategy and testing with our internal Creative team, external agencies, and Product Marketing: shape concepts, write sharp briefs, and know what great looks like.
• Build AI and agent workflows that automate and speed up channel work: creative variation, campaign builds, QA and pacing, reporting, and insights.
• Design incrementality tests (holdouts, geo tests) and turn results into clear budget and creative decisions.
• Share learnings and AI playbooks that raise the bar across Patient Growth.

Qualifications

• You have 8+ years of paid social experience at scale, with clear, measurable results, plus hands-on OLV/CTV experience.
• You want to be an IC: you love being in the accounts and building, and you do not need a team under you to have big impact.
• You are AI-native, with concrete examples of AI processes or agents you have built yourself or with help, that changed how work gets done.
• You have great taste: you are a creative thinker who brings a performance-first mindset while protecting the brand.
• You are rigorous with data and measurement, and comfortable with incrementality, attribution, and MMM trade-offs.
• Nice to have: healthcare or regulated-category advertising experience.
