Role Description

We are looking for a Digital Content & Website Coordinator to join our Marketing team!

SAI360 is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Content & Website Coordinator to support the marketing team across content operations, project coordination, and website management.

• This role will work closely with the Content Manager and Digital Marketing team to keep content projects organized and moving forward.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals across teams.
• Manage content calendars.
• Assist with publishing and maintaining website content.

The ideal candidate is a strong project coordinator who is proactive, organized, comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders, and able to follow established processes while keeping projects on track.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) space is a major plus.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Hands-on WordPress experience is required.
• Experience using a project management platform such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
• Experience using a social media management platform such as HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders and keep projects moving without requiring constant direction.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a global marketing team.
• Ability to follow established processes consistently and identify opportunities to improve them.
• Basic understanding of digital content and website publishing workflows.
• Experience supporting a B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise marketing organization is a plus.
• Experience managing content and social media calendars or editorial workflows is a plus.
• Experience working with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, or website teams is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO and website content best practices is a plus.
• Experience maintaining website content repositories or digital asset libraries is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Prior experience with LinkedIn and YouTube is a plus.

Requirements

• Base salary range for this position is €2,000 - €2,333 gross per month, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
• This salary may vary based on location and experience.
