Role Description

The Digital Advertising Coordinator (AI-Fluent) supports the development, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns while leveraging AI tools and automation to improve efficiency, analysis, and performance. This is an entry-level role designed for someone early in their career who is excited about digital marketing, technology, and problem-solving. • Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and other advertising platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and support optimization efforts through data analysis and research.
• Utilize AI tools to assist with reporting, research, content development, campaign management, and process improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency by leveraging AI and automation within daily workflows.
• Analyze campaign and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Support the development of reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with team members to execute digital marketing strategies and client initiatives.
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, documentation, and operational processes.
• Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging AI technologies.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning new technologies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Interest in using AI to improve productivity, automate tasks, analyze information, and solve business problems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data, numbers, and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field required.
• Internship, coursework, project work, or professional experience in digital marketing, advertising, analytics, AI, technology, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar advertising platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with GA4, reporting platforms, or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools for research, productivity, content creation, analysis, or process improvement is strongly preferred.
